Satotsu - Hunter x Hunter
Summary:
Satotsu (a.k.a. Satotz) is a Treasure Hunter (inspired by Gon's father) and the First Examiner. Although he's missing a proper mouth, Satotsu can walk extremely fast and is able to catch Hisoka's lethal cards. Satotsu is a Treasure Hunter, and knows Gon's dad, Jin.
