Summary:
The leader of the Genei Ryodan, Kuroro ("The Colonel") Lucifer steals his abilities from other people. He's rational, competent and even somewhat likeable when he's not killing people. Kuroro is such a bad-ass that no one mocks him for his fringed fur collar and girlie earrings.
