Summary:
Killua's beautiful gender-bending brother. Karuto called off Mike from attacking Gon, helped assassinate the ten mafia dons with Illumi, and provided a diversion for Hisoka to escape the Genei Ryodan. Karuto later takes Hisoka's place as a member of the Genei Ryodan.
