Plot:

  GOT7 plans various challenges for Hard Carry, starting with a photoshoot with delicious desserts, a delayed JB, a snoozing Youngjae, an impromptu music video to "A", burger and fries at Seoul's Shake Shack, various airport transportations and a guest appearance by Dream High 2's Jinwoon.

  GOT7 arrives in Thailand and are greeted by a mob. BamBam, Mark and Jackson all enjoy durian, to the disgust of JB. Bangkok show goes off well. Youngjae and Yugyeom pick up Thai snacks. Everyone plays Zombie in JB's hotel room. Thai massages get somewhat inappropriate. Impromptu Hard Carry music video.
• 103: Episode 103 (10/31/2016)
  GOT6 (minus Jinyoung) play games with varying degrees of success. Jinyoung surprises the guys at their next meet & greet. Yugyeom wears a cape and crown. GOT7 visits a costume shop and picks out silly and sexy Halloween costumes. GOT6 (minus Youngjae) visit a farm and carve squash.

  Everyone (minus Youngjae) heads to the Alive Museum to solve the Dynamic Maze. Yugyeom plays puppetmaster to GOT5. JB and Youngjae go on a peaceful ramen date while BamBam, Mark and Yugyeom waterboard on the Han River.

  Paintball wars! Teams are JB, BamBam & Yugyeom vs. Mark, Youngjae & Jackson. Object is to rescue Park Jinyoung cutouts (boss & bandmate) without getting splattered. GOT7 eats sushi with their hands tied to each other and gets gently psychoanalyzed. Impromptu outdoor video of My Home.

  Fencing mania! Jackson, the pro, is massively handicapped and fencing champion Gu Bon-gil is brought in to even the teams up.
• 107: Episode 107 (11/28/2016)
  GOT6 (minus Youngjae) heads to Jeju Island and stay at the same place JB filmed The Romantic and the Idol in 2012. Jinyoung and Mark offer up competing tours: JB & BamBam join Jinyoung's relaxing tour; Jackson & Yugyeom join Mark's adventure tour. Jinyoung's tour group enjoys rowing in a transparent boat; Mark's tour group goes paragliding. Mark takes his group out for Jeju pork; Jinyoung takes his group to Jeju Kimnyoung Maze Park. Mark's crew gets thoroughly splattered with mud while driving around in off-road buggy cars. Jinyoung takes his gang out on a private yacht for fishing, sashimi and ramen. GOT6 performs an impromptu version of Let Me
• 108: Episode 108 (12/05/2016)
  Everyone except JB and Mark (who already have licenses) work on getting their drivers license. This brings back many bad memories of high school, although Korea looks more on the ball with their cars and tests. Youngjae, I feel your frustration. Afterwards, everyone heads over to Toronto for a meet & greet. GOT7 performs an impromptu version of Follow Me
• 109: Episode 109 (12/12/2016)
  Free day in Toronto! The Jus2 guys (JB & Yugyeom) show off their beauty regime (toothpaste and face serum). Mark, JB, BamBam and Yugyeom all go skydiving; Jinyoung and Jackson wander around downtown on a date and Youngjae explores the city by himself. Fans start gathering around Youngjae, who hops on a double-decker bus to escape. Impromptu performance of Something Good
• 110: Episode 110 (12/19/2016)
  Final episode of Season 1's Hard Carry! Jackson and Jinyoung meet everyone at the Toronto sign at night for a photo shoot, and everyone returns to Korea. BamBam becomes the new evil puppetmaster for a game of Controllers & Avatars. BamBam and Jinyoung control Jackson at a hair salon; Mark and Youngjae control JB and Yugyeom at a coffee house. GOT7 bakes chocolate chip cupcakes and hand out coffee & cupcakes to 100 of their fans. GOT6 (minus Jackson) hold a wrap party for the end of the season.
• 201: Episode 201 (09/26/2018)
  GOT7 completes their world tour and heads to Hong Kong. First challenge: seven different photos at seven different landmarks: Victoria Peak, Mid-Level Escalators, Graham Street Wall Art, Harbour City, Clock Tower, and Disneyland Resort for photos of Iron Man and Mickey Mouse.
• 202: Episode 202 (10/03/2018)
  Back in Seoul, the guys hop a train to Yangyang. En route, they play the zombie game ("Train to Busan!"). At Jinbu Station, Jackson and BamBam get left behind and are forced to make it to Yangyang on their own. At Surfyy Beach, everyone surfs and plays cone hat football.
• 203: Episode 203 (10/10/2018)
  The MNET crew abduct and blindfold each of the GOT7 members. JB identifies his location just by smell - his old school. Jinyoung is dropped off at a riding stable, Youngjae at an obstacle course, Mark at a gaming cafe. BamBam at the zoo, Jackson at an ice-skating rink and Yugyeom at a rollerskating rink. Game of the day: capture the tail of an assigned team member before time runs out. Yugyeom and Jackson quickly form an alliance ("The tallest and the shortest!") Youngjae proves to be a tactical whiz and captures Mark, BamBam and Jackson, in quick succession. Yugyeom loses his alliance with Jackson and is called "handsome guy" by a passing stranger. They're not lying. Supply boxes are dropped off at Culture Park. JB, Jinyoung and Yugyeom pick up superpowers to battle Youngjae and his captured servants (Mark, BamBam and Jackson).
• 204: Episode 204 (10/17/2018)
  The game continues. Jinyoung plays mind games with Yugyeom, while JB visits his high school. Mark and BamBam betray Youngjae to Jinyoung, but Jackson helps Youngjae escape. Yugyeom falls asleep in a cafe. Youngjae and Jackson eat lunch, but Youngjae skips out of the bill, a betrayal that Jackson will never forgive (Youngjae's text: "I love you Jackson, I'll wire you the money. I thought you'd understand"). Mark & BamBam form an alliance with Yugyeom. Additional superpowers are dropped off at Baekseok-dong. Mark considers betraying Yugyeom for Jinyoung. It's a slippery moral slope, Mark. Everyone converges at Almi Park, where JB is forced to wear a heavy pumpkin suit. Youngjae quickly catches JB, but Jinyoung uses his teleporation power and captures Youngjae. Everyone forgets the rules, and Yugyeom wins. Yugyeom divides the one million won prize between the M2 staff and the JYP staff (hair, makeup, stylists and managers). Next up, Gyeom's B&B for GOT7 members!
• 205: Episode 205 (10/24/2018)
  Yugyeom (Chairman) and Jinyoung (CEO) set up Gyeom's B&B. They 'hire' JB to help run the place, which has an indoor & outdoor swimming pool, but only one bedroom. Everyone pretends not to know each other. Jackson is the first guest to arrive, followed by BamBam, then Youngjae & Coco, and finally Mark. Yugyeom, Jinyoung & JB head to the supermarket for food, Youngjae & BamBam play Wii golf and play in the pool, and Mark & Jackson head off to the water for various water activities. Jinyoung drinks coffee and reads a book, JB finds a fishing hole and Youngjae naps with Coco. Yugyeom & Jinyoung start preparing dishes, and BamBam & JB grill meat for dinner. Mark drinks red wine, and the rest are drinking beer, soda and soju. Jinyoung and Mark are forced to jump into the pool, fully-clothed. They get their revenge later by being picked as Mafia and killing everyone off in Mafia vs. Citizens. Everyone rolls out mats and sleeps on the living room floor. Impromptu video to I'll Protect You closes out season 2.
• 301: Episode 301 (11/13/2019)
  Chase: Infinity War begins! Youngjae has captured a baby bird (ahgase) and the rest of the members need to retrieve it. Youngjae has three powers he can use to protect the bird. Teams are: Jinyoung & Jackson (dog team), JB & Mark (chicken team) and BamBam & Yugyeom (ox team). Youngjae's first location: his hiding place in Gangnam (a bus stop near the JYP training studios). No one finds him, so he moves to his second location - the Nambu Express Bus Terminal where he arrived in Seoul for training. BamBam, Yugyeom, JB & Mark head out for lunch, but everyone eventually figures out the clue and the converge on the terminal. Jinyoung gets a drive-by compliment ("How handsome!") So true. JB & Mark catch Youngjae, but he plays his five minute trap card and escapes. They glumly eat curbside hamburgers and wait out their time. Youngjae heads to Gimbap Heaven, where Yugyeom & BamBam are waiting in ambush.
• 302: Episode 302 (11/20/2019)
  Yugyeom & BamBam capture Youngjae at Gimbap Heaven, but he doesn't have the stuffed bird - it's hidden at a nearby restaurant. Jinyoung & Jackson also find Youngjae and are similarly perplexed by the lack of bird. Jackson discovers the bird (with a little sweet-talking) at the nearby restaurant, but Youngjae uses the power of duplication to bring it back to him, much to Jackson's annoyance. The final location is the Olympic Gymnastics Arena, where Youngjae has hidden the bird on a moving car. Jinyoung & Jackson retrieve the bird and win the game. JB, Mark, BamBam and Yugyeom meet with Han Tae-woong, a 17 year old farmer, and are forced to help out on his farm as their penalty; Jinyoung, Jackson & Youngjae go indoor surfing as their reward.
• 303: Episode 303 (11/27/2019)
  The surfing team earns money for lunch for the farming team: four makguksu and one side dish. JB is fascinated by Han Tae-woong, a teenager who wants to be a career farmer. Jinyoung, Mark and Youngjae head to indoor skydiving. JB and Yugyeom head out for snacks and try to trick Mark and BamBam with exploding soda and wasabi melon bars. Tae-woong sings for the guys and they leave the farm. Jackson, Jinyoung and Youngjae buy hats (with the security tags still attached) for everyone, and they plan their next Hard Carry season over a delicious dinner.
