Plot:
- "1999 Hong Kong is filled with a thick sense of doom day anxiety. Inspector Chan believes this upheaval atmosphere is controlled by the infamous terrorist - Akatora who use a new era criminals. To fight against the new era criminals, Inspector Chan struggles for a solution and comes up with the idea to form a new force by picking up a group of brand new cadets to become his new team called the Gen-X Cops.
