Plot:
- New kid in town, Morgan Hiller, is a bit of an oddball rebel: he reads Shakespeare and thinks that dating the gang-leader's girlfriend, Frankie, is a good idea. Nick, the aforementioned gang leader, doesn't, despite what his girlfriend might think, and tries to kill Morgan. Jimmy is Morgan's buddy, who wears bondage pants and plays the drums.
Notes:
- James Spader, in any scene, as Morgan Hiller. Although get that "fast-forward" finger ready for the scene where he thinks it's a good idea to sing to Kim (it's not)
- Jim Carroll singing in the warehouse
- The country club scene. Did every movie to come out of the 80's have a country-club scene in it somewhere?
- Frankie and Ronnie as some of the cutest white-trash girlfriends that I've ever seen.
