Plot:
- A moronic terrorist thinks it's a good idea to hold a reform school gang of boys hostage in exchange for the release of his jailed father. It's not, and our plucky group of teens manage to save the day.
Notes:
- The gratuitous flogging scene with Billy ("Oh, shit!") dripping wet, clad only in a towel
- Billy selling alcohol that "looks, tastes and smells" like mouthwash. If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it probably *is* a duck..
- Ricardo and Hank running around, jacking up the beefcake quotient
