Plot:
- Stay away from Captain Howdy! The good Captain has a simply ingenious means of keeping teens out of the local chat rooms; he invites them over to his place for an evening of torture and mutilation. The subsequent tattoos, scarification and body piercing are merely added perks.
Notes:
- Captain Howdy leaving a data trail a mile wide. Fortunately, the Helverton cops are kinda slow on the techno uptake
- Toni, who would have made a much better head detective.
- Nothing is creepier than Captain Howdy in a buttoned-down cardigan. Dee Snider looks like an unholy cross between F. Murray Abraham and Mr. Rogers...
- Jackson, contributing the second creepiest image: watching porn spread-eagled in front of the TV, in skimpy underwear and cowboy boots.
