Plot:
- Not-as-good-looking older brother gets beat up and paralyzed by outstandingly evil Thai boxer champion. Younger brother feels it necessary to avenge his older brother's humiliation, despite the fact that his older brother was a bit of a schmuck and probably deserved to lose the fight in the first place.
Notes:
- Jean Claude Van Damme stopping to (I swear I'm not making this up) pet a bunny rabbit in a field
- Tong Po whaling away at the concrete supports with his shins
- Tons of thigh and flank footage on both guys in the final scene
- Aw, hell, truth be told, I generally fast-forward most of the movie until the final scene
