Wangxian, the Untamed theme song, was an original creation by Lan Wangji. No one other than Wei Wuxian had heard it, which is why Wangji was able to identify Wuxian when he played it in Mo Xuanyu's body in Episode 2.Wei Wuxian gets the final Yin Iron piece this episode from the sword inside the Tortoise. He'll melt it down to the Stygian Tiger Amulet in the Burial Mounds
