Summary:
Wei Wuxian gets expelled from Cloud Recesses for punching Jin Zixuan after he insulted Jiang Yanli. He returns with Jiang Fengmian (Cheng and Yanli's father) to Lotus Grove. Madam Yu, Jiang Fengiman's wife, is irate at Wei Wuxian for breaking the engagement, but Jiang Yanli takes it in stride, saying that she wouldn't want to marry anyone who wasn't into her either. Jiang Cheng returns home a year later and they prepare for the Wen Archery competition.
